Grant is the Head of Technology Strategy & Architecture for Bank of Queensland, Australia’s fasting growing regional bank. Grant is responsible for the technology strategy and architecture for the organisation where he creates and manages the end to end architecture and technology strategy for the enterprise. His role includes establishing the organisation's overall objective(s), principles and plans relating to the technologies that the organisation uses. He also provides contract governance, management, review and direction in coordination with the banks outsourcing partner HP Enterprise Services.

Previously, Grant has worked in a senior IT position for one of Australia’s largest superannuation institutions; as CIO for an Australian Top 400 telecommunications integrator and supplier; and various national consulting positions with global security software companies.

Grant has a Bachelor in Information Technology and is a member of the Golden Key Honour Society. An experienced Java developer and published author, he also maintains a solid understanding of the software development life cycle and is a regular contributor to open source software. Also, a previously qualified Microsoft and Novell engineer and instructor, he has extensive experience with all areas of information technology.

Liew Min Chee is currently Head of Cryptography for Emerging Markets under Global Information Security in Barclays Bank. Prior to this role, he was the Head of Technology Security Services in OCBC Bank. His current and previous role requires him to address common Information Security challenges faced by most organizations.

Min Chee has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology in the Financial sector. His experience includes dealing with issues in traditional customer-facing channels (ATM) to Internet based channels. This experience extends to Payment Card industry and was involved in pioneering Smart Card based products used in Singapore. Prior to joining OCBC, Min Chee worked as Project Manager for DBS Bank and Citibank.

Min Chee holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Manchester.

Prior to joining OCBC Bank in 2005, Mark was Senior Partner at Beyond Philosophy – the leading UK and US-based Customer Experience consultancy. Although born in the UK, Mark’s has worked extensively in Europe, US, South Africa, India and Hong Kong.

The expertise Mark now applies to the banking industry, was gained in the mobile phone and media industries through the late 80’s and 90’s; before he moved into academia and consulting. A career building emotional engagement with customers had a very unlikely beginning - Mark served as an officer in the British Army!!

Mark has enjoyed a “varied” career; he was employee number 10 in the newly formed Hutchison Telecom company - “ORANGE”; then a Principal Consultant in the technology services company, Cap Gemini. He was briefly a “dot.com” millionaire – until the “technology bubble” burst and he became “dot.com” unemployed. He then joined Beyond Philosophy to grow the company as a customer research, experience management strategy and implementation business.

Mark enjoys riding his Harley-Davidson, riding his bicycle, Dragon Boat racing, smoking Cuban cigars and drinking South African wine – although not all at the same time!! He is passionate about customers and customer experience – his personal credo is “Serve to Lead”.

Mark is a physicist by education and an engineer by training but a customer advocate by passion. He is now a regular speaker and writer on the subject. He holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Business in the UK and is currently at another cross-roads in his life - working through his PhD dissertation and writing his first solo book.

Until the end of 2010 Mark sat on the Management Council of the Institute of Service Excellence at the Singapore Management University (ISES@SMU) providing oversight for the CSISG annual nation-wide customer service survey; as well as being a member of the Service Quality Management Committee, providing oversight and direction for customer service standards across the public service sector.

Ritendra (Riten)Banerjee, as Senior Vice President at Maveric, is mandated to help open up global markets, enhance consulting led Go to Market, and specifically, foray into Asia Pac, in the short to medium term.

Prior to Maveric, Riten worked with Satyam Computers in capacity As Vice President and Global Head, where his role was to evangelize and establish the Test Business School, the Test Business Consulting Practice, IP and Analyst. forays, amongst others.

Riten comes with over a decade’s experience in Strategy, Quality, and Knowledge Consulting space, having earlier worked with the likes of QAI (Consultant and Head of the Organization Practice), KPMG (Supervising Consultant), Connectivity (Managing Partner), and Cosmode-Arthur D Little (Chief of Consulting, and Head-Operations).

Having worked with 300 plus clients in 20 markets globally, Riten has also researched with Professors at the Harvard Business School, Columbia, and others.

Co-founder of the Bangalore Knowledge Group- a CXO community, past President of the Xavier Alumni Association of Bangalore, an active member of the Institute of Management Consultants and the TMMi Foundation. Riten is a regular speaker and part of Advisory Panel at global conferences such as STEP-in, NASSCOM, CII, Marcus Evans, QAI and Innconnectiva. Having co-authored two globally bestselling books, Riten is currently working on his third book, which explores what it takes to create credible Assurance for businesses and business models. This builds on his current business interests in Test centric Outsourcing, Test Governance, and Testing Dollar optimization

A graduate of Presidency College, Kolkata, Riten is a dual Business Management and Finance graduate from ICFAI and Xaviers, where he was the batch topper as well.

iCreate is headed up by CEO, Vivek Subramanyam. Mr Subramanyam has global experience working for organisations like iGATE, Cognizant, Citibank and TCS. In his previous role, Mr Subramanyam was the Head of the Presales and Solutions group at iGATE and a member of iGATE's Leadership Council. At Cognizant, his last role was as the US Head of Operations - Manufacturing, logistics & Consumer Goods Practice. He has also managed multiple client relationships and been responsible for significant P&L management. In addition, he has driven several corporate initiatives for executive leadership at iGATE and Cognizant. He has also had stints in sales management at Citibank and as a systems analyst in TCS. Vivek is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and has a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Surathkal.
